Arrived in Richmond, Indiana right over the border from Ohio. It was a pretty easy drive with minor construction here and there. We probably saw about 30 cherry picker trucks and work vans headed east in packs to help with the storm we're guessing! My thoughts are with you all on the east coast! Stay safe! Night! Night!

Finally On The Road!
Hello and welcome to the beginning of my cross country journey as I make my move back to California!! So we got out a little late cuz at midnight last night I still wasn't fully packed and had some crap to go through and you know you hit that point where you are so frustrated and tired that you are no longer productive... Well that was totally me last night as I was on the verge of frustration tears and being a complete bitch to Ben (bless his heart). So we went to bed and tackled the rest early this morning. Let's just say I have a lot of crap despite throwing away a lot (I'll have a blogpost all about packing tips in a bit!) So we got on the road officially at about 11am, about 4 hours behind schedule but what the hell! Our itinerary for the day was I-66 West to I-81 North to I-70 West to I-68 West to I-79 North and back to I-70 West. So we have gone through a little of West Virginia and then Maryland, and then back through West Virginia and now we are in the southwest corner of Pennsylvania. We cancelled our reservation in Danville, IL seeing as it was gonna take us 12 hours to get there so now we plan on making reservations somewhere just before Indianapolis. More "reflective" blog posts to come as Ben takes his turn to drive!
